Size Guide
Every PLESUR TREiN piece is made to feel like it was created just for you.
If you’re unsure, we always recommend sending your measurements to customercare@plesurtrein.com so we can advise on the best fit.
How to Measure
Please use a soft measuring tape and measure on bare skin or over very light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Bust
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Keep the tape level all the way around your body.
- Relax your shoulders and arms by your sides.
Underbust (Band)
- Measure directly under your bust, where the band of a bra would sit.
- Keep the tape parallel to the floor and snug.
Waist
- Measure around the narrowest part of your torso.
- Usually this is just above the belly button.
Hip
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips and bum.
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and keep the tape level.
You can record your measurements in inches or centimeters—just be consistent.
Bra & Top Sizing
Use your bust and underbust measurements together to find your best starting size. Because our pieces are custom-made, we will often refine this based on how you like things to fit (more relaxed vs. more sculpted).
Example size guide (adjust to your brand’s measurements):
| Your underbust | Your bust | Suggested size | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 26–28" (66–71 cm) | 30–33" (76–84 cm) | XS / 30 band | Best for smaller frames or petite band sizes. |
| 29–31" (74–79 cm) | 33–36" (84–91 cm) | S / 32 band | Most “small” band sizes, light support styles. |
| 32–34" (81–86 cm) | 36–39" (91–99 cm) | M / 34 band | Works for many medium frames, everyday wear. |
| 35–37" (89–94 cm) | 39–42" (99–107 cm) | L / 36 band | More coverage and support. |
| 38–40" (97–102 cm) | 42–45" (107–114 cm) | XL / 38 band | For fuller busts and curves. |
Note: The table above is a starting point. Because we work to a more custom fit, we may recommend a different size once we’ve seen your measurements and how you like things to fit.
Briefs, Bottoms & Suspender Sizing
For knickers, thongs, high-waist briefs, and suspender styles, your hip and waist measurements are the most important.
Example bottom size guide (adjust to your brand’s measurements):
| Your waist | Your hip | Suggested size | Fit notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| 23–25" (58–64 cm) | 33–35" (84–89 cm) | XS | Snug, minimal coverage fit. |
| 25–27" (64–69 cm) | 35–37" (89–94 cm) | S | Classic fitted look. |
| 27–30" (69–76 cm) | 37–40" (94–102 cm) | M | Balanced coverage and comfort. |
| 30–33" (76–84 cm) | 40–43" (102–109 cm) | L | For curves and fuller hips. |
| 33–36" (84–91 cm) | 43–46" (109–117 cm) | XL | More room through hip and bum. |
Fit Notes
- If you are between sizes in bras, choose the size that best fits your band and note whether you prefer a looser or firmer fit.
- If you are between sizes in bottoms and prefer more coverage, size up.
- For sheer or stretch styles, you may be able to wear more than one size depending on desired fit.
If you’re still unsure, we’re happy to help you choose a size—just send us your measurements and a note about how you like things to fit.
