Shipping
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, but may increase during launch periods and sales.

- International shipping to select countries
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, customs, or unexpected delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details. We are not liable for delays, lost orders, or re-shipments due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we are not responsible for loss or theft. Please check with neighbors, household members, or local carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Return requests must be placed within 14 days of delivery
Due to the intimate nature of certain apparel, some items may be final sale. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Start a Return

- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you want a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item to ensure availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, and include photos. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
